About me

I am Premchand Student at Engineering College Bikaner. I am currently studying Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

I have learned Flutter, NodeJs, Amazone web services (AWS), Linux, Firebase, IoT, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and fabrication, Arduino, C-Programming, Python Programming, Dart Programming, and DevOps tools - Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Git.

I have developed multiple android mobile apps and Worked on multiple microcontrollers, modules, and sensors- ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, GSM-800C, GSM800L, RFID Module, RTC ADE7953 Energy measurement IC.

Smart Energy meter

Designed a smart single phase energy meter using ADE7953.
Designed circuit using Eagle.
Fabricated PCB with semi-automatic CNC PCB fabrication system.
Developed system with mounting of TH and SMD components.
Developed an android application to track the energy consumption in real-time.

Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment

Supervisor: Prof. Rahul Raj Choudhary, Associate Professor, Engineering College Bikaner

An internet of things (IoT) based 3.3 kW AC charging station and a supporting android application
were developed.
Designed circuit using Eagle.
Fabricated PCB with semi-automatic CNC PCB fabrication system.
Developed system with mounting of TH and SMD components.
Android application can be used for payment process and checking status of charging.
Developed product successfully transferred for commercialization to Anemoi Technologies.

Slope Monitoring system

Supervisor: Prof. Rahul Raj Choudhary, Associate Professor, Engineering College Bikaner

An early warning system, monitors a specific slope that has been pre-identified as being at risk of failure and alerts mine-workers to allow timely evacuation.
Designed circuit using Eagle.
Fabricated PCB with semi-automatic CNC PCB fabrication system.
Developed system with mounting of TH and SMD components.
Developed an android application to retrieve the stored data from device and display it for furtherinterpretation.
Developed product successfully transferred for testing to Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Rajasthan.

Automatic Water Level Controller

Supervisor: Prof. Harjeet Singh, Assistant Professor, Engineering College Bikaner

Designed, and developed a system that turns ON the motor automatically whenever the overhead tank is empty and turns OFF the motor automatically after the tank is full Designed circuit using Eagle.
Fabricated PCB with semi-automatic CNC PCB fabrication system.
Developed system with mounting of TH and SMD components.
The components required in this project were - 555 timer IC, relay, led, resistors, diode, and battery.

Supervisor: Prof. Varun Dutt, Associate Professor, IIT Mandi

Developed an Android Application for the Office of Superintendent of Police (Mandi, Himachal Pradesh).
The application shares real-time location of users (policemen) with their reportingofficers.
The application also allows users to send text messages and share images, documents and content.
